WORKFORCE SUMMITThe PNDC Workforce Summit will convene PNDC members, defense industry suppliers, Human Resource leaders, and education voices in a workforce conversation. During this Summit, we will explore workforce challenges in the defense industry, as well as solutions and available programs to assist defense industry suppliers. We will address approaches and opportunities; consider the factors impacting workforce supply, retention, distribution, and demand; and assess the evolving defense industry environment. Roundtable sessions will allow sharing of best practices to identify opportunities, training, and resources to effectively guide the development of a substantive, robust industry workforce – now and in the future.
